ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are best achieved by:
- Work directly with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Customer Support teams in identifying and primarily to ensure building testable and automatable components.
- Participate in an Agile team focused on developing automated testing solutions and own the area.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings and lead all the QA sprint members in different test phases.
- Strong attention to detail, Quick learning, analytical skills, and problem-solving expertise.
- Build manual functional/API/Test coverage, Test Summary & Requirement traceability reports.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- 3 to 5 Years of total work experience.
- Knowledge of software development, design patterns, release process, test methodologies.
- Exposure with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, or similar).
- Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, JAVA, Python).
- Good Knowledge on Salesforce health cloud Service, Administration, Sales Cloud & Data Migration Testing with Package Validation.
- Good hands-on knowledge of Web-based application functional/Database/API/User interface testing.
- Experience developing and executing Salesforce functional and integration tests.
- Experience maintaining a Salesforce manual regression test library and sound knowledge of Salesforce Health cloud.
- Knowledge of Custom Objects and Tabs, Email services, Security Controls, AppExchange Package & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.
- Proficient with Rest and SOAP API testing (Postman, Rest Sharp, or REST-assured, SOAPUI) and DB queries writing and testing tables and views.
- Good understanding of database and should be able to write SQL queries.
- Familiar with Builds and Continuous Integration (Jenkins).
- Ability and willingness to work from 3 PM to 12 AM IST.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
