Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team to achieve organizational goals.
- Participate actively in all stages of the Development Lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to enhance product experiences.
- Maintain high coding standards and deliver clean, efficient code.
- Mentor team members and promote technical excellence through code reviews.
Your Qualifications:
- Expertise in C#/.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and MS-SQL.
- Experience in application design, RESTful APIs, and knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- A minimum of 5 years as a Software Engineer with at least 3 years in a management role.
- A passion for technology and a collaborative mindset.
